Join me at the creek and lets take those lovely by the water images!
These sessions will feature an unposed approach to documenting your family and or children. Please be prepared for having fun but wear classic clothing that will photograph well. As a mom I know about the want to not ruin clothing- but as a photographer the clothing you choose for this session should focus on earth tones, and NOT be swimwear. If mom is in the picture a flowing dress to be in the water would look stunning. Dad can wear jeans rolled up and a button down shirt. Make sure to accessorize with layers such has hats, necklaces, anklets, suspenders, and any props you would like to add to this story. Do not over prop, but perhaps a stick with string and a big fat fake worm, or a jar with water in it to photoshop gold fish into. This is your story so I would love to see how you tell it and present it in a timeless image!
After the session you will be sent an email with a password protected gallery to choose your images from. I will be presenting you with a Lightroom (basic edit) after you choose your images I will retouch them so that they have a decluttered, clean and timeless feel. The images you will receive will be artistically retouched, High resolution (print as large as a wall if you would like) digital images- giving you the power to print as often as you like and even giving you the power to give large canvases and prints as gifts for the holidays only a mere 6 months away....

To hold your session a non-refundable retainer fee of $50 must be paid through paypal. Maternity Mini and Senior minis are welcome to these sessions. Family Portraits, or More than 4 children must move up to the 20 minute or more sessions. Session location details will be given through private email. Location is off the 15 freeway in Devore area. Fun pass required to park at $5 and information on how to obtain one on the way to your session will be in a welcome email after your booking fee is paid. First to pay booking fee will receive the slot. Please arrive 20-30 minutes early for parking and the small hike to where I will be shooting.

I have been going to this creek for 3 years. Each year it becomes more littered than before. I detest litter. I will have black trash bags and gloves to hand out after the session. If you are in the earth loving spirit I welcome you to fill up a bag of trash with your family and leave it next to the dumpster near the parking area. I will be giving one 5x7 of your choice to my clients who fill a bag of trash and take a selfie with it at the dumpster and send it via email or text to me! I know it is ekky but it is up to us to make a difference and this stream is feeding our wildlife. I would love to be part of giving back to our earth with this small gesture.
Water is cold, Due to the mountains light enters late and leaves early so times are as followed- earliest session is at 9 a.m. and latest session is at 5. No sessions from 1-2. Thank you!
