This portrait was set up by myself- But it was clicked by my sister in law. This is myself and my youngest furbaby- Padfoot at 10 months old and 155lbs.

Blessings. This world is filled with them. Typically we get stuck with the problems. Trying to solve things that we have no control over or obsessing on the steps to get to where you want to be on making a difference on the things that trouble us. I have learned recently that there are two objectives to life. One is purpose and the other is your passion. My purpose in this world is considered small by many- It is to be a mother, a wife, a homemaker. To give love freely to those around me and nurture my children, my babies. For many women this is our purpose and I would go so far as to say that men share this same purpose in this world- To be fathers and husbands and providers. When we look into our souls our purpose is to love and to be caretakers. Then there is our passion. Our passion is where we create. There is a notion that we should do what we love. A small percentage of the world’s people have the privilege profiting from their passion. The world is full of possibilities but it is also full of let downs. Truly, most of the world will work to support their purpose and find time for their passion. It is no lost on me that I among those privileged. My husband works to provide for our purpose which meant I had the time to turn my passion into a career. I feel so honored each time someone chooses my work to document and create from their happiest of times. When the Nature of this world has Bestowed upon Rewards of happiness and joy, that is where I am standing with a lens ready to create so that when the world is harsh and sad these memories will be reminders of all the joy and blessings this world offers. That is my passion: to bring joy, to capture the love, to create from our purpose and to preserve Nature’s Reward.

About Christine Rothweiler

A little about me

I am a wife, mother to four beautiful boys, doula and photographer.

My life is happy.  I am surrounded by beauty everyday.  The beauty of my family and the beauty of the love I get the honor of witnessing both through being doula and photographer.  My work as a doula introduced me to photography- I picked up the camera to shoot the birth for my clients.  Then I discovered a passion for photography.  I love both aspects of photography- documentation and art.  My hope is to always balance the art and documentation.

My life as a mother and doula makes me one patient photographer!  I think I do well with the children by playing with them and engaging them.  I shoot what you show me- so if we are happy and laughing during the session that is what we get!

I service most of the Inland Empire including Orange County, Riverside County and San Bernardino County.

Let Me Capture Your World!
