Eeek! I get so excited when I see a family walking up to me styled and looking so very darling for their family photography session. I knew she would have them looking so very cute- but she blew me out of the water when this lovely momma coordinated these awesome ensembles. The details she added to these images! I am so proud of this momma and love these images and colors that came from this family photography session in Redlands!
The session was relaxed. Momma wanted to get some posed but was also looking for the unposed. We took cues from the kids and and played itsy bitsy spider. I was the spider!
Kept up the fun while getting mom into the frame. and Grabbed this gem

And then we went into the mommy and children pose
And then this little 6 month old girl loved on her daddy- and I grabbed the images. These are a treasure.
And then baby needed to eat. So there were breastfeeding images.
I miss this as a mommy! These were my favorite moments.
And the smile while still latched. My favorite!
A perfect Moment. What I would give to have this captured of me with my babe. This is one lucky momma. She looks so lovely and so very happy.
Mommy tells me she is going through a stage of smiling just like this. It will not last forever- and yet- here it is.
The color is as startling beautiful. But for my the black and white takes the distraction off the bright colors.
The happiness will forever be captured!
Loving how this boy still managed to look at the camera! "Are you getting this?"
And then she was sleeping and we had some down time.
And there was this moment of quiet. And a joke about how we all wished we had brought some books! But alas, this is real. And this is our story now.
Then she awoke and we captured the last bit of light in these 6 month sitter images.
It is like a memory.
And then we took away the necklace afraid she was going to get herself.

Gosh there is so much more I did not share! But these were my absolute favorites of the session. There were more images of the kids playing with mom and dad. Dad showing the kids how to fly. And more breastfeeding imagery. But I want mom to have a couple surprise images when she loads her images into her computer and sends off her print order.
I adored this session! I can not tell you how much fun I had at this session. The children were happy and darling. And the mommy here- she is amazing. Ok- dad is pretty awesome too! This family photography session had both the posed and unposed moments and truly documented this family as they are now.
