Little boys are what I am familiar with. Having four little boys myself I find it important to make gorgeous and strong imagery of beautiful baby boys. As my craft refines itself and shapes into my own style I find that I am attracted to newborn imagery using props and shooting down. I have found that on the been back I am enjoying black backdrops that seen to disappear leaving just the baby. The absence of color for me is to capture the soul of the image. The soul of the memory.
These two parents were special for me. As they are bringing their family up as the make sacrifices for our country. Their service is appreciated by me. Here is a quick glance of the images that they will have to decorate their home and look back and remember.

The blue in his eyes was picked up by the blue wrap.... Stunning connection with the newborn in this gorgeous capture!
Mom kisses her baby boy while he is making a connection with the camera. Wow!
And he lifted him onto his shoulder, the baby naturally moved into this sweet position taking posed photography into the documentary.

This was a magical moment for me. Can you imagine walking down your hall to this type of newborn image? Having him stare back at you while you gaze upon him in the past. Just wow!
My favorite with dad. This newborn portrait speaks for itself.
Newborn Toes and fingers. They will never be smaller than they are right now.
Newborn Baby Boy Lays on his dad's service uniform. {Name cloned out for privacy} I knew ahead of time that they wanted their baby boy to lay on this jacket. I wanted to look more impressive than a pile of laundry and give the uniform the respect it deserves. I hope I did it justice.

This amazing Black and white newborn portrait I named- "Always With Our Support" and it is a featured image. I love this image and plan on recreating it for families in the future!
